Therapy for Childfree and Childfree-by-Choice Individuals

I offer support for individuals who identify as childfree, are unsure about parenthood, or feel pressure around family planning decisions. As someone living a childfree life, I bring both clinical expertise and lived experience to this work. I understand how complex, nuanced, and deeply personal these decisions can be—and how important it is to have a space where your choices are respected and explored without judgment. Families come in different forms. Taking a road less traveled can be both freeing and stressful at the same time.

In therapy, we can work together to clarify your values, strengthen self-trust, and navigate the cultural, relational, or internal pressures that may influence your decision-making. This may include processing identity development, life transitions, mismatched desires in relationships, or the stigma sometimes directed at people who don’t follow traditional family paths. My approach is autonomy-affirming, and centered on helping you build a meaningful life on your own terms.
