Consultation

Shannon is deeply committed to supporting therapists and healthcare professionals in their work with clients. While earning her PhD in Counseling Psychology, she received "supervision of supervision"—a distinctive aspect of her training that provided valuable feedback on her supervisory methods.

With experience overseeing clinicians working with individuals across the lifespan and in diverse settings—including schools, community clinics, hospitals, and remote telehealth environments—Shannon brings a broad and inclusive perspective to her consultation work.

Shannon has a particular interest in consulting with therapists who support clients managing eating disorders and chronic health conditions. Her consultation style is described as authentic, empowering, and rich with practical resources. She draws on both cultural and relational models of supervision, integrating them with psychotherapy-based approaches to foster empowerment, insight, and professional growth.
